Unreal Engine MegaMeetup #9 with b.Rex on July, 23

Our CREATORS from b.ReX host the official “MegaMeetup” of the Unreal Engine community every three months. This format brings together professionals, beginners and industries that work with the Unreal Engine from Epic Games. In addition to keynote speeches on current topics, participants can also present and network on their own projects while enjoying food and drinks.

The Unreal Engine MegaMeetup #9 – Special Edition: Bullseye & Barcade (powered by b.ReX & supported by “Creative Connection / NEW STUTTGART“) takes place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Bullseye Axtwerfen, Neckargartacher Str. 111, 74080 Heilbronn. Play with brand-new Unreal exhibits and demo your own project live on the Open Stage – instant feedback and applause guaranteed. The program includes the talk “AI Avatars as a New Form of Communication”. For founders & entrepreneurs, marketing leads, Unreal dev pros & newcomers, students – in short, anyone working with or seriously interested in Unreal Engine.

21. Stuttgart Animation Meetup on March 26, 2024

The next Stuttgart Animation Meetup will take place on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 19:30 CET at Flora & Fauna (U-Bahn Mineralbäder). Tables are reserved inside. Let’s talk, drink and connect the regional industry!

The Meetup is open to everyone – whether student, senior artist, newcomer or animation fan! Here, everyone can chat about the industry, connect with each other, and whoever wants can scribble cartoons and characters with the others.

Unreal Megameetup Stuttgart #5 on September 28 at b.Rex

Our HEROES from b.Rex invite to their fifth Unreal Megameetup Stuttgart. This time you can try out numerous exhibits and present your own projects on the Open Stage. Additionally, networking will be in the foreground, as always. A short guest presentation will be given by Kaleidoscube, who will talk about their project “A Juggler’s Tale” (winner of the German Computer Game Award and the Epic MegaGrants).

Food (also vegetarian) and drinks will be provided by b.rex. Entertainment will be provided by their pinball and retro arcade machines. Weather permitting, the event will be held outside in the backyard and they will have a barbecue!

The Unreal Megameetup Stuttgart #5 will take place on September 28, 2023, 17:45 to 19:45 CET, at b.Rex, Reinsburgstraße 96/1, 70197 Stuttgart-West.
