Wir halten euch bis zur und während der Stuttgart Animated Week 2026 auf dem Laufenden, mit welchen weiteren Themen und Programmpunkten die AMCRS–HEROES auf der Stuttgart Animated Week aka der FMX, dem Internationalen Trickfilm-Festival Stuttgart (ITFS) und den Animation Production Days (APD) vertreten sein werden. Wir freuen uns schon sehr drauf, euch alle dort zu sehen!

TALENT Meet-up BW 2026

Auch 2026 ermöglicht das TALENT Meet-up BW Young Professionals, die Stuttgart Animated Week (FMX – Film & Media Exchange (5.-7. Mai), das Internationale Trickfilm-Festival Stuttgart (5.-10. Mai) sowie die APD Conference (5. Mai)) mit einem kostenfreien Kombi-Ticket zu erleben. Das Angebot unterstützt die Teilnehmer*innen bei der Vernetzung, gibt individuelle Programmtipps und gestaltet den Rahmen für einen bestmöglichen Austausch – untereinander und in der internationalen Branche. Zudem lernen die Teilnehmenden regionale Unterstützungsangebote und Ansprechpartner*innen kennen.

Das Programm richtet sich an Personen, die am Anfang der eigenen Gründung stehen, die gerade mitten in der Entwicklung von animationsbasiertem Content – wie Games, XR, VFX, Animation – stecken oder die branchenfremd aber themennah sind, wie z. B. Studierende der (Geistes-) Wissenschaften, die sich mit anderen aus der Animations-, Film- und Games-Branche vernetzten möchten. Das Angebot ist kostenfrei.

Bewerbungen sind bis zum 23. Februar 2026 möglich. Eine Rückmeldung erfolgt bis zum 19. März. Jetzt über das Online-Formular bewerben!

Animation Production Days (APD) ist der bedeutendste Koproduktions- und Finanzierungsmarkt für Animation in Deutschland. Er bringt Partner für Koproduktion, Finanzierung und Distribution von Animationsprojekten in effizienten Einzelgesprächen zusammen und bietet zudem im Rahmen der APD Conference fokussierte Diskussionen und Vorträge zu aktuellen Herausforderungen der Branche. Er wird von der Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH organisiert, ist ein Joint Venture des Internationalen Trickfilm-Festival Stuttgart (ITFS) und der FMX – Film & Media Exchange und findet vom 5. bis 7. Mai 2026 in Stuttgart statt.

Der APD richtet sich an:

Vor wenigen Tagen endete das Festival d’Animation Annecy (8. bis 14. Juni 2025), wo zahlreiche Menschen und Projekte aus den AMCRS vertreten waren. Annecy 2025

Von 8. bis 14. Juni 2025 findet das diesjährige Annecy Festival statt, Bestandteil des Festivals ist der Animationsfilmmarkt MIFA vom 10. bis 13. Juni. Mit dabei sind zahlreiche Projekte von Filmschaffenden aus unserem Netzwerk.

In der Wettbewerbskategorie „TV Films“ vertreten ist „Lenas Hof“ mit der Episode „Volles Nest“ von Elena Walf, produziert von Thomas Meyer-Hermann (Studio Film Bilder). Mehr Info

Auch das Animationsinstitut der Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg ist vertreten: In der Kategorie „Graduation Films“ läuft „Detlev“ von Ferdinand Ehrhardt (Regie und Produktion) und Saskia Stirn (Produktion) (Distribution: Fabian Driehorst). Mehr Info
Für die Kategorie „VR Works“ ausgewählt wurde „lichtung“ von Aria Wolf und Janina Zlotos (Regie), produziert von Cyril Fischer und Christoph Mohr. Mehr Info

Der Animationslangfilm „Stitch Head“ von Drehbuchautor und Regisseur Steve Hudson läuft in der Reihe „Annecy presents“ und feiert seine Weltpremiere! Beim ITFS 2020 erhielt das Drehbuch den von den AMCRS gestifteten Preises für das beste deutschsprachige Drehbuch für einen Animationskinofilm, gefördert wurde der Film von der MFG. Das Talent Panel „Shape Your Future: Moving European Animation Forward“ stellt das Innovationsnetzwerk PANEURAMA vor, Christian Müller vom Animationsinstitut ist Teil der Gesprächsrunde. Mehr Info

Animation Media Lounge 2025 am 7. Mai 2025

Die STUTTGART ANIMATED WEEK 2025 ist in vollem Gange und dank des Eventtrios FMX – Film & Media Exchange (6.-9. Mai 2025), das Internationale Trickfilm-Festival Stuttgart (6.-11. Mai 2025) und Animation Production Days (6.-8. Mai 2025) ist die Landeshauptstadt von Baden-Württemberg aktuell der weltweite Hotspot für die Animations- und VFX-Branche. Damit das Feiern nicht zu kurz kommt, geben wir für alle Teilnehmenden der drei Events eine Party – und zwar nicht irgendeine, sondern die „MASSIVE MEGALOMANIAC ROCKSTARLICIOUS MONSTER PARTY“ aka Animation Media Lounge 2025 am 7.
