Der letzte Tag der STUTTGART ANIMATED WEEK – einer Woche voller Events und Inspiration, tollen Begegnungen mit alten und neuen Freunden, unglaublich viel neuem Hintergrundwissen über aktuelle Entwicklungen in Kunst, Technologie und Forschung, hoffentlich vielen neuen Projektideen und Kooperationen und vor allem Filme, Games und sonstigen medialen Projekten und Experiences ist gekommen! Wir hoffen, ihr habt es bis hierhin geschafft und informieren euch hier, wie am Sonntag, 28. April 2024, unsere CREATORS involviert sind. Allen Nominierten für die große ITFS-Preisverleihung drücken wir die Daumen!
Die ersten Preise des 31. Internationalen Trickfilm-Festivals Stuttgart (ITFS) stehen fest: In einer gemeinsamen Preisverleihung – den AniX Awards – wurden am Abend des 25. April 2024 im Festival Centre im Haus der Katholischen Kirche der Deutsche Animationsdrehbuchpreis, der Trickstar Business Award und der ASIFAPrize verliehen.

Der Preis für das deutsche Drehbuch mit dem größten internationalen Marktpotential in Höhe von 1.500 € gestiftet von Pink Parrot Media, geht an Out of Frame, Drehbuch: Keiron Self, Giles New, Produzentinnen: Emely Christians, Sonja Matthes, Produktion: Ulysses Film Production
Die Jury für den Deutschen Animationsdrehbuchpreis bestand aus Peter Keydel (Producer, Mago Production, Barcelona/Düsseldorf), Nicole Kellerhals (Producer, Dramaturge, Berlin), Marco Kreuzer (Dramaturge/Script Consultant, member of the board of VeDRA – Verband für Film- und Fernsehdramaturgie e.V.), Tania Pinto de Cunha (Vice-President, Partner, Head of International Sales & Acquisitions, Pink Parrot Media, Madrid), Holger Weiss (CEO & Founder, Executive Producer, M.A.R.K. 13 Group, Stuttgart) und Silke Wilfinger (Founder & Owner, SILKWAYFILMS, Munich).
Der Trickstar Business Award, der Preis für das beste innovative und zukunftsweisende Geschäftsmodell im Animationsbereich in Höhe von 7.500 €, gestiftet vom Verband Region Stuttgart, ging an Black Goblin, Ana Betancourt (CEO), United Kingdom, sowie eine Special Mention an Zeuniks, David Aguirre Hoffmann (Art Director & Illustrator), Germany.
Zudem wurde der ASIFA Prize an die tschechische Regisseurin und Animatorin Michaela Pavlátová verliehen.
